In addition to our selective portfolio of reformed and new build properties that require little or no work, there are many traditional properties with period features, particularly in the Old Town of Vejer, that require some form of refurbishment to make them more habitable. This may involve enhancing existing features and making the most of space and light opportunities, reforming kitchens, bathrooms and other living space or simply making changes to reflect personal style and taste.
