The house of 100 square meters. We enter the house through the common patio, and on the ground floor, we find the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. The third room is at the end of the corridor, it has a double bed and two white wardrobes that have a lot of storage. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower, with an Arabic-style arch. The rooms and the bathroom are bright.

From the first floor, we go up the stairs and access, on the right, the large roof terrace with wonderful views of the Historic Center of Vejer and the countryside. We can enjoy the sunny terrace from morning to night. The terrace has tables and chairs to eat outdoors and enjoy with family and friends. There is a relaxation area with stone benches with comfortable cushions and a large parasol for shade. In this area, there is a barbecue and decoration with lights, so the space is fantastic for outdoor life from morning to night. It’s a great place to relax in comfort, taking in the whole old town. To the left, we find another roof terrace with an area for sunbathing and resting. There is a masonry summer kitchen, fully equipped with a gas butane, a built-in cupboard for storage, there is space to store masonry bench cushions and the washing machine.

Casa Santiago has a storage room where the firewood is stored and which we find behind the house.
